UX/UI Frontend Engineer

In order to push the boundaries of the Avantida portal's UI we are searching for an UX/UI Fronted Engineer who combines design aesthetics with technical background. You will need them both to develop new applications together with us and to enable the shipping management systems enter a new phase.

You will become a part of an international team building a web SaaS platform with innovative, intuitive and usable interfaces bringing shippers and ocean carriers to successful business transactions.

REQUIREMENTS

Hands-on experience designing B2B (enterprise) products

Ability to translate visual ideas into mockups and code

Has a practical knowledge of applying the patterns of modern web design (Google Material  Design)

Has a practical knowledge of analytic tools ( HotJar, Google Analytics)

3+ years of software development experience

Validate current UIs against modern trends

Hands-on experience with modern Front-End frameworks (Angular 4+ or willing to convert from React)

Knowledge of build and optimization tools (Grunt / Gulp / Webpack including their plugins)

Higher education degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience

Strong communication skills, adaptability, proactiveness and can-do attitude
